Every order except for oversized items will automatically receive free standard shipping, ensuring you get your items without any additional cost.

If you're after expedited shipping, please contact us via phone or email for a quick quote. Express shipping costs and same day delivery vary depending on the product and delivery address, so we can't provide a standard quote.

Same-day Dispatch

DMS Engineering aims to dispatch all weekday orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST during standard time or AEDT during daylight saving time) on the same day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with your shipment tracking information. Please note that tracking details might arrive a day after dispatch, and be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!

International Shipping Policy

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Rest assured, tracking information is always provided for products above $50. You will receive an email notification with your shipment tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. For items below $50, if tracking is available, you'll be notified accordingly. Regardless, we ensure that every order is handled with the utmost care and delivered promptly.

Unlimited Returns with Store Credit

We offer an unlimited timeframe to return your items in exchange for store credit. Cancellations will also be treated as returns and will be eligible for store credit.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping label and associated costs.

Return Process

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues (30 days)

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us at info@dms-engineering.com.au within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work promptly to resolve it.
