Installation

This charger must be installed by a licensed electrician. A Type A RCBO is required in your switchboard. Once connected and wall-mounted, the charger is ready to use immediately — no app setup, account registration or configuration required.

Important Note — South Australia Only

Due to current South Australian regulatory requirements for internet-connected, OCPP-enabled EV chargers, this charger cannot be installed in South Australia. This requirement is unique to South Australia and does not affect installations in other Australian states and territories, where it can be installed in accordance with local regulations.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. If you’ve changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return for store credit.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and components included.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may apply or the refund may be rejected.

Change of Mind & Restocking Fee

  • All returns due to a change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the value of the return.
  • The restocking fee may be waived if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and the item has not yet been dispatched or prepared for dispatch.
  • Please note that an order may already have been picked from our warehouse, packed, and prepared for dispatch before a tracking number is issued. For this reason, the absence of tracking information does not necessarily mean that an order has not yet been processed or prepared for dispatch.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an issue such as receiving a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping or offer a suitable resolution.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item is not in resalable condition or is missing components.

Warranty

Most products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty covers defects only and does not extend to normal wear and tear. Reconditioned products are subject to a 6-month limited warranty under the same conditions.

Coverage: The product only. Labour, diagnostic, installation, programming, and calibration costs are not covered.

Installation: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Faults caused by improper installation including installation contrary to instructions, use of incorrect hardware, failure to confirm vehicle compatibility, or damage during fitment are not covered. For complex or safety-critical parts (suspension, steering, electrical), professional installation is strongly recommended. We may request evidence of how the product was installed when assessing a claim.

Claims: Contact us within the warranty period at info@dms-engineering.com.au with proof of purchase and evidence of the defect (photographs, video, or diagnostic information). We may request the product be returned for inspection or evidence of how it was installed. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund.

Exclusions include: normal wear and tear, faults caused by improper installation, compatibility issues where vehicle details were not confirmed prior to purchase, cosmetic damage after installation, impact or misuse, electrical faults caused by vehicle wiring or third-party accessories, and use of parts outside their intended application (including off-road or motorsport use of parts not designed for that purpose).

Minor temporary condensation in lighting assemblies is not a defect. Where inspection finds no manufacturing defect, return shipping may be payable by the purchaser.

Statutory Rights: This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Will it charge my EV?
Yes. The ESERIES uses the universal Type 2 connector, the Australian standard. It charges every EV and plug-in hybrid sold in Australia, from a Tesla or BYD to a plug-in Ranger.
What does installation involve?
A licensed electrician mounts the unit and wires it to your switchboard with a Type A RCBO (the unit's residual DC protection is already built in). Most straightforward installs take a couple of hours.
Do I have single-phase or three-phase power?
Most Australian homes are single-phase. Open your switchboard: one main switch usually means single-phase, three linked switches means three-phase. Text us a photo if you're not sure and we'll confirm before you order.
Can it use my cheap overnight electricity?
Yes. Set a delayed start right on the unit so charging begins when your off-peak window opens. Plug in at dinner time, charge at midnight rates, leave with a full battery.

Installed a DMS head unit to my 2014 DMAX, easy installation, minor removal of plastic from the back of the dashboard required to get the unit to sit flush. But as you can see from the photos,it looks great, no glare from the screen while driving and easy to set-up and use. Powers on quickly and connects to your phone via carplay in seconds. Would definitely recommend, makes the dash look like a 2026.

Honda Civic FK7 / FK8 Type R (2016 - 2021) LED Headlights LH + RH

Lights fit great and are a direct factory swap for original. Relatively easy to install, look great and the 'sequential' led blinker signal, keeps the car fresh and modern. I have had them in a month now, done some night driving and they perform as good if not better than original. I recommend as a quality replacement. Only small issue I had was the 'trim holding clips' on top of the headlights. They seem a fraction of a mm thinner than the original. This is enough to not allow you to clip the black top cowl trims back onto the light once fitted 'properly'. I simply swapped them over with the original 4 clips and they popped in with a 'clean and crisp' click as they should. 'No biggie' for what was a great upgrade to my FK8 Type R suffering from headlight haze.

Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series (2012 - 2015) Tail Lights LH + RH

3rd time I have had to replace a brake/indicator lens thanks to turning too tight while towing. It arrived in 2 or 3 days and looked great. As good as a genuine part. Fitted perfectly. The only thing to be critical of was when I tested it before the reassembly the indicator flashed at about twice the speed of the old one and the one on the other side. When I pulled the globe out it was a tiny little thing. Swapped it with the one in the old unit and all was good. Price wise I am pretty sure I paid more for the previous replacement parts which was more than 10 years ago. Happy camper 😁😁

Toyota Hilux N70 (2005 - 2015) Halo Angel Eyes Projector Headlights

These Halo Angel Eyes projector headlights for the Toyota Hilux N70 (2005–2011) look awesome and give the front end a modern upgrade. The halos and projectors make the lights look sharp at night, and they fit pretty well without too much hassle. You might need a bit of extra wiring for the DRLs, but it's not too bad. Build quality's decent for the price, though some people report a bit of fogging over time. Overall, they're a nice mix of style and function, perfect if you want your Hilux to stand out.

 Toyota LandCruiser 100 & 105 Series Window Seal Weather Strips Standard, GXL, VX, Sahara (1998 - 2007) Chrome / GXL

Just fitted these to my 2004 100 series. Look great, and so nice to have soft rubber and new felt. The old rubber had become brittle and was breaking off. Easy job - loosen the mirrors and carefully lever off the old trims. The new Screw holes on front doors lined up precisely.

Holden Commodore VE / VZ (2004 - 2012) 3.0L / 3.6L Ignition Coils and Spark Plugs

An amazing product. Have not had any issues since been installed. Been in the car for roughly 1 week now. Only needed to replace cylinder 3 but done all 6 cylinders, car runs so much better now. Both spark plugs and ingition coils are of very good quality and the coils looks very nice too. Very happy with my purchase.
