Damages and Issues (30 days / 12 Month / 24 Month)

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact via our contact forms if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

For Standard and Premium head units, issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

For Pro head units, coverage extends to 12 months, and for Ultra head units, coverage extends to 24 months.

We will evaluate the issue and work promptly to resolve it. We cover return shipping for confirmed defects or errors

Before ordering some new LED halo headlights for my Hilux, I used the 24/7 chat feature on the DMS website after work last night to ensure it was the correct part for my car. I'm in WA or work atm with a 3 hour time difference but that didn't matter, I had a reply wishin 2 minutes. Also the offer of any assistance during the install was a nice touch, its great to use such a professional service and if the communication is anything to go by, I have no doubt the products will also be the same. I purchased a pair of lights for my 2005 prado. The old lights were so cloudy I was unable to drive at night. The new lights are excellent, simply remove 4 bolts on each light, move the globes & holders and reinstall. Service from the company was excellent, good communication, excellent packaging and fast free delivery. I am very happy with the result.

Great products and great prices. Amazing customer service. They answered all my questions promptly and supplied the information I needed to make an informed decision. I bought the 9 inch apple carplay/android head unit upgrade package for my 2014 token trax. Everything needed for installation is included, unlike other competitors that all required additional purchases of wiring harnesses and adaptors ( some of which were not guaranteed to work and weren't even stocked by them). DMS guaranteed fitment, plug and play installation, with gps and inbuilt android auto functionality not just screen mirroring. They offer a range of bundles to meet all your needs and all budgets. Great customer service with prompt replies. No questions were unanswered and staff were really patient with me. Can't recommend these guys more.

Honda Civic FK7 / FK8 Type R (2016 - 2021) LED Headlights LH + RH

Lights fit great and are a direct factory swap for original. Relatively easy to install, look great and the 'sequential' led blinker signal, keeps the car fresh and modern. I have had them in a month now, done some night driving and they perform as good if not better than original. I recommend as a quality replacement. Only small issue I had was the 'trim holding clips' on top of the headlights. They seem a fraction of a mm thinner than the original. This is enough to not allow you to clip the black top cowl trims back onto the light once fitted 'properly'. I simply swapped them over with the original 4 clips and they popped in with a 'clean and crisp' click as they should. 'No biggie' for what was a great upgrade to my FK8 Type R suffering from headlight haze.

Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series (2012 - 2015) Tail Lights LH + RH

3rd time I have had to replace a brake/indicator lens thanks to turning too tight while towing. It arrived in 2 or 3 days and looked great. As good as a genuine part. Fitted perfectly. The only thing to be critical of was when I tested it before the reassembly the indicator flashed at about twice the speed of the old one and the one on the other side. When I pulled the globe out it was a tiny little thing. Swapped it with the one in the old unit and all was good. Price wise I am pretty sure I paid more for the previous replacement parts which was more than 10 years ago. Happy camper 😁😁

Toyota Hilux N70 (2005 - 2015) Halo Angel Eyes Projector Headlights

These Halo Angel Eyes projector headlights for the Toyota Hilux N70 (2005–2011) look awesome and give the front end a modern upgrade. The halos and projectors make the lights look sharp at night, and they fit pretty well without too much hassle. You might need a bit of extra wiring for the DRLs, but it's not too bad. Build quality's decent for the price, though some people report a bit of fogging over time. Overall, they're a nice mix of style and function, perfect if you want your Hilux to stand out.

 Toyota LandCruiser 100 & 105 Series Window Seal Weather Strips Standard, GXL, VX, Sahara (1998 - 2007) Chrome / GXL

Just fitted these to my 2004 100 series. Look great, and so nice to have soft rubber and new felt. The old rubber had become brittle and was breaking off. Easy job - loosen the mirrors and carefully lever off the old trims. The new Screw holes on front doors lined up precisely.

Holden Commodore VE / VZ (2004 - 2012) 3.0L / 3.6L Ignition Coils and Spark Plugs

An amazing product. Have not had any issues since been installed. Been in the car for roughly 1 week now. Only needed to replace cylinder 3 but done all 6 cylinders, car runs so much better now. Both spark plugs and ingition coils are of very good quality and the coils looks very nice too. Very happy with my purchase. It's the 2nd purchase from DMS Engineering and definitely will keep getting my VE parts from them. 💯
